MLS Propertyfinder.  This service will automatically keep you in touch with the day to day changes in the market through email or you can sign in and search the Multiple Listing data base of thousands of properties yourself.

You and your family should put together two lists an absolute needs list and a wish/want list.

By now you should have also contacted a bank or mortgage company to see if and how much you can afford.  (See pre-qualification vs pre-approved comparison)  If you have not,  one of our agents can give you a list of financing companies.
