- Choose an agent who believes in continuing education to keep up with the ever-changing market.
- Choose an agent who is reachable and returns calls in a timely manner.
- Choose an agent who is an experienced negotiator and will work in your best interest not just to close the sale.
- Choose an agent who will keep you informed during the whole process.
