Toomey-Lovett Inc. was established in 1984 as a building business, priding itself in the building of quality homes for all price ranges.
In 1986, the business expanded by adding a real estate a real estate agency, this was necessary to handle the needs of the clients. On September 1, 1986, a CENTURY21 Franchise was purchased to give name recognition to the ever-expanding company.
CENTURY21 Toomey-Lovett Inc. has been the leading CENTURY21 office in Central Massachusetts for many years. We now have a sales staff consisting of 30 full and part time local agents, several of which are regular multi-million dollar producers.
In 1999, CENTURY21 Toomey-Lovett expanded again, by adding a second office in West Brookfield at 85 East Main St. And we also acquired an antique Victorian on Main St, that was totally renovated to make our presence permanent in Spencer. Longevity and stability is what people look for in a real estate office today. |
